Stephanie Batts

Stephanie is a solicitor and Head of Probate within our Private Client Department.

Stephanie has a caring and compassionate approach to clients, with dedication to client care. She has been praised by her clients for her thoroughness, efficiency, devotion to her cases and her empathetic approach. She prides herself on giving reasoned advice to clients and always strives for the very best result.

Before joining Burt Brill & Cardens in 2018, Stephanie completed her LLB Law Degree at The University of Surrey, where she studied a range of legal areas including Equity and Trusts, Family, and EU Law. Stephanie was awarded a training contract with Burt Brill & Cardens and is now a fully-qualified solicitor.
