The role
We are looking for a bright and enthusiastic 2 – 5 year PQE solicitor or Legal Executive to work in our highly successful Residential Property team. You will work on Sales and Purchase, Freehold and Leasehold, including new builds and some high rise.
This is an exciting key role giving you the opportunity to develop your skills in a happy proactive team, build your knowledge and client base with the support of an experienced and successful Residential Property team, and lots of training and mentoring.
All our work is privately funded and we do not pay referral fees. You will be working with a quality client base who value a personal service and quality legal work.

Qualifications
You will be a solicitor qualified in England and Wales, or legal executive with solid residential conveyancing experience.

If successful, the next step is an in-person interview with one or more of our directors to discuss your application and your suitability for the role. The interview usually lasts about an hour.

- We work on career planning with everyone throughout the firm to identify career development and training opportunities. All newly qualified solicitors do the Law Society Management course.
- Our specialist legal training is delivered in a variety of ways, from web-based training, one-to-one mentoring, in-house training including training provided by legal trainers.
- All courses are reviewed to monitor the effectiveness of our training programme and other issues.
