Rosie Smith

Rosie is a solicitor in our Private Client Team. She deals with a range of matters including Court of Protection and Deputyship matters, Lasting Power of Attorney matters including management under a Lasting Power of Attorney, Will writing, and Probate and administration of estates.

Rosie studied Wildlife Conservation at Nottingham Trent University before deciding to pursue a career in Law. She completed a Graduate Diploma in Law at Sussex University before joining Burt Brill & Cardens where she trained qualifying as a solicitor in September 2024.
