Alex works in professional negligence, contentious probate, and court of protection litigation. He also has a particular specialism in negligence claims in the financial services sector, including cases against financial advisers and pension providers relating to negligent mis-selling and mismanagement of both pensions and investments.
Alex Williams was involved in large financial services cases such as Worthing v Lloyds Bank Plc and Jackson v Leslie & Nuding and has experience of dealing with cases involving mis-sold pensions, mortgages, SIPP mis-selling and unregulated collective investment schemes.
While dedicated towards reaching a resolution as early as possible, Alex is well versed in guiding a matter though the court process and, if necessary, to trial.
